Throughout your stay in Burgundy you will discover the great wines of the region between Côte de Nuits (Nuits Saint Georges, Vougeot, Vosne Romanée) and Côte de Beaune (Pommard, Meursault, Volnay).

Day 1

Arriving in Beaune, in Burgundy, you’ll stay in an exceptional hotel in the heart of the town for the three days. 

You’ll begin your discovery of Burgundy with a private guided tour of Beaune and the Hospices. Enjoy a mustard-making workshop in Beaune to discover how the region’s craftsmen make the famous mustard.

In the evening, enjoy a gastronomic dinner in Beaune to savor local products and regional dishes.

Day 2

In the morning, discover Dijon and its heritage on a private guided tour of the city.

Lunch or picnic in the vineyards, weather permitting, to savor local wines and products in a bucolic setting.

In the afternoon, accompanied by an oenologist, you’ll discover the most emblematic cellars of the Côte de Nuits: Nuits Saint Georges, Vougeot, Vosne Romanée. This is your chance to taste, learn about the specific characteristics of the region’s wines and learn about winemaking techniques.

Day 3

You’ll spend a day with an expert oenologist, discovering the secrets of Côte de Beaune wines through tastings, cellar visits and meetings with winemakers. Your escapade will be punctuated by a lunch in a local restaurant featuring typical Burgundian dishes.

Day 4

At the start of the day, you’ll discover Burgundy truffles with an expert on this exceptional mushroom, and enjoy a lunch of truffle-based dishes to tantalize your taste buds.
