Day 1
Arriving in Normandy, in Bayeux, with your private transfer.
Take the time to visit with your guide the beautiful city of Bayeux, with its Cathedral, the Tapestry of Bayeux, the war memorial, and other vestiges from WWII.
At the end of the day, enjoy a dinner in Bayeux and stay in a charming hôtel in the city.
Day 2
Enjoy a private guided day tour of D-Day main places like Utah Beach where the Allies landed on 6 June 1944 to liberate France. Discover also the D-Day Landing Museum in Utah Beach.
Explore the Pointe du Hoc, an emblematic site of the D-Day landings, where Colonel Rudder and its soldiers landed on the 6th of June 1944.
Then, visited Omaha Beach where the landings almost failed, but through perseverance, the Allies succeeded in defeating the enemy. Discover the sculpture on the beach “les braves” in tribute to the courage of the many soldiers who fell during the D-Day landings.
